If you’re searching for thrills, noise and more excitement than you can stomach, then craps is the only game to gamble on.
Craps is an exciting casino game with high-rollers, budget gamblers, and everyone in the middle. If you are a person-watcher this is one game that you’ll want to watch. There’s the whale, buying in with a big amount of money and making loud declarations when he wagers across the board, "$520 across," you’ll hear the whale say. He’s the player to observe at this table and they know it. They’ll either succeed big or lose huge and there is no in the middle.
There’s the low-roller, most likely trying to acquaint himself with the whales. He will inform the other players of books he’s read on dice tossing and hang around the most accomplished shooter at the table, ready to talk and "pick each others brains".
My favourite people at the craps table are the real chaps from the good old days. These senior gentlemen are ordinarily patient, mostly gentle and will almost always share hints from the "good ole days."
There are many different personalities that you will notice around a busy Craps table. When you bite the bullet and commit to join the game, make certain you utilize good etiquette. Find a position on the rail and place your money down in the "come" spot. Never do this when the dice are rolling or you will be known as the last personality I am going to talk of, the jerk.
